Terms of Use

By purchasing a custom pet portrait from Whisker & Ink, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use Only
All artwork created by Whisker & Ink is for personal use only. This means you may print, share, or display your portrait for yourself or as a gift, but you may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Artist Rights & Copyright
I (Becca Hunter, owner of Whisker & Ink) retain full copyright and usage rights to all artwork I create. I may share completed portraits on my website, portfolio, or social media. If you prefer your portrait not be shared, just let me know when you submit your photo—I totally respect your privacy.

3. Custom Work & Revisions
Because each portrait is hand-drawn based on the photo(s) you provide, it’s important that images are clear and high quality. Minor adjustments may be made at my discretion, but significant revisions may incur an additional fee. Proofs are not included unless previously arranged.

4. Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the custom nature of each piece, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out—I’m happy to help resolve it!

5. Digital Downloads
For digital orders, you will receive a high-resolution file via email. No physical item will be shipped. You are responsible for downloading and saving your file once received.

6. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 5 business days for digital portraits and 7-10 business days for physical prints. Delays may occur during busy seasons, but I’ll always communicate if your order requires extra time.
