FAQs
How do I send you my pet’s photo?
After placing your order, you’ll need to upload your pet’s photo using the form linked in the product description (and also included below). Be sure to include your name, email, and order number so I can match the right pet to the right owner! If I have any questions about your photo, I’ll reach out directly to make sure everything’s perfect before I start drawing. Pro tip: Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows off your pet’s face and personality!
Can I include more than one pet in one portrait?
Yes! Multi-pet portraits are available for an additional charge. Just select the number of pets you'd like when placing your order. Make sure to send photos of each pet (together or separately) and I’ll combine them into one beautiful piece.
How long will it take to receive my portrait?
For digital downloads, you’ll receive your high-resolution file via email within 5 business days.
For physical prints, please allow 7-10 business days for drawing, printing, and shipping. If you need it sooner, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate rush orders!
Will I get to see a preview before it’s finished?
Because each portrait is drawn by hand, I don’t send previews or proofs unless requested. However, if you're worried about a specific detail (like collar color or markings), just include a note and I’ll make sure it’s captured accurately!
What’s the difference between a digital and printed portrait?
A digital portrait is a high-resolution file sent to your email. You can print it, frame it, or use it however you like—perfect for quick gifts or international customers.
A printed portrait is a physical piece of artwork printed on high-quality cardstock, matted, and shipped right to your door—ready to gift or display.
